David Moore Joins Nexsen Pruet to Expand Firm's Litigation Practice in Greenville
GREENVILLE, S.C. (June 11, 2012) - Nexsen Pruet announced today that David L. Moore Jr. has joined the firm’s Greenville, S.C. office. He will serve as special counsel in the Business Litigation Group.
For more than 30 years, Moore has represented clients in matters involving insurance defense, products liability and legal malpractice.

After graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Law, Moore worked as a law clerk for South Carolina Supreme Court Justice William L. Rhodes and as a staff attorney for the high court.
He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and a fellow with the Litigation Counsel Of America, positions that recognize his litigation ability in state and federal courts.
