VantagePoint Expands Client Services Department with Three New Hires

GREENVILLE, S.C., June 20, 2012 – In response to its continued growth, VantagePoint, a nationally recognized business-to-business marketing agency, is pleased to announce the addition of three new members to its client services team. Heather Olson and Collin McElhannon have been hired as account coordinators and Brian Baughman as an account manager.

Brian Baughman, who will serve as account manager for U.S. Xpress, Berchtold and Cryovac, brings deep business-to-business marketing, brand-building and strategic planning expertise to his new role. Most recently, Brian led an in-house marketing department at a manufacturing company. His previous experience includes time spent as a national account manager responsible for new business development and merchandising and as an operations manager for an integrated marketing communications firm. He holds a B.A. in communications and marketing from Bob Jones University and is presently working on his MBA at Malone University.

A 2012 graduate of Clemson University with a B.S. in marketing, Collin McElhannon comes to VantagePoint after completing an impressive internship in VantagePoint’s research group. Having recently earned his Google Ad Words certification, he will handle clients’ research and SEM efforts, as well as client service duties for several accounts.

With past experience in public relations, non-profit marketing and the teaching of journalistic writing, Heather Olson will provide account and media relations support for several of the firm’s clients in the transportation, foodservice and packaging fields. Heather holds a B.A. in public relations journalism from Bob Jones University and an M.A. in cross-cultural communication from Northland International University.

“The addition of these new team members will only add to VantagePoint’s already excellent bench strength,” noted VantagePoint CEO, Craig O’Neal. “Brian brings knowledge and know-how gained through years of experience, while Collin and Heather bring the ability to quickly distill information and master new tasks. We are pleased to have all three of them join what we – and many in the industry – believe to be one of the most talented, results-oriented and client-focused business-to-business agencies in the country.”
