• Represented the owner, J.R. McClure and Intertelcom Investments, LLC, in the sale of 7993 Pelham Rd., consisting of 9,900 square feet of office/warehouse space, to HFC Enterprises, LLC.
• Represented the owner, Mountain 1st Bank, in the sale of 2400 New Cut Rd., Spartanburg, SC, consisting of 16 acres and a 21,530 square-foot storage facility to Carolina Storage Management, LLC.
• Represented the tenant, Network Controls & Electric, in the lease of an office/warehouse located at 621 A. McGee Rd., Anderson, SC.
• Represented the tenant, Linic Mixed Martial Arts, in the lease of a 4,800 square foot facility located at 1310 D, Garlington Rd., Greenville, SC.
