The Institute for the Management of Information Technology, a program delivered by partners IT-oLogy and the Furman Institute for the Management of Information Technology, is a four-day, intensive program for rising leaders running technology units. The program takes place September 17-20, 2012 at IT-oLogy, located at 1301 Gervais Street, Suite 200, Columbia, SC.

Day Four: Organizational Structure as Strategy,Hierarchical Matrix, Becoming a Learning Organization, the Importance of Leadership, and Guiding Principles and Culture
