Growth Spurs Expansion of Business Complex
FLORENCE, SC, January 17, 2002 ACS Technologies (www.acstechnologies.com), the
leading provider of software technology solutions for churches, ministries, and
nonprofit organizations, held ground breaking ceremonies for a new Research and
Technology Center on December 16, 2002. This expansion comes on the eve of the
company's 25th anniversary.
The Construction of the new Research and Technology Center, a 32,400 square
foot complex, will be completed in the first quarter of 2004. The Center is
being built to meet the current need for space and the anticipated future
growth of the company.
''We are growing so quickly in all areas of the company, from the number of
employees and clients to the number of products and services,'' stated Hal
Campbell, president and CEO of ACS Technologies. ''We anticipate the
continuation of this growth and we do not want it to impact the quality of care
or service we provide to our customers.''
''Our company is excited to start our 25th year of business with more than 300
people working for the company, over 12,000 clients and the initiation of a new
facility'' noted Campbell. ''It is rewarding to us to know that we can be a
viable company and yet provide a valued product that touches so many through
the church and nonprofit markets we serve.'' The new facility will house ACS
Technologies Support, Client Services, Information Technologies, and the
Research and Development teams.
