FLORENCE, SC, September 2, 2003 —ACS Technologies' (www.acstechnologies.com)
founding director, Thomas J. Rogers, received the state's highest honor, the
Order of the Palmetto, in a surprise ceremony earlier this month at the Myrtle

monthly Council of Myrtle Beach Area Organizations (COMBO) meeting and
recognized him for all his hard work as chairman of the organization.

''We are extremely proud of Tom and all his accomplishments,'' commented Hal
Campbell, President and CEO of ACS Technologies. ''Tom's contributions to ACS
Technologies throughout the years have been a huge blessing to all of us.''

A native of Tabor City, N.C., Rogers graduated from Wake Forest University in
1958 and Devry Technical Institute in 1960. He has served as president of Grand
Strand Broadcasting Corp., president of the South Carolina's Broadcasting
Association, president of the Myrtle Beach Rotary Club, and is a founding
stockholder and director of ACS Technologies. Rogers was a founding director of

Technologies grow from an idea to an industry-leading software company,''
commented Billy Campbell, founding stockholder and Chairman of ACS
Technologies.
