ACS Technologies Releases ACS 6.0 Giving Organizations Integrated, Efficient
Tools to Streamline Operations

ACS 6.0 is More Efficient, Totally Integrated, and Better at Organizing
Information

FLORENCE, SC, July 14, 2003—ACS Technologies (http://www.acstechnologies.com)
has today announced its latest and most comprehensive software update, ACS 6.0.
With the leading management software solution for churches, schools, and other
faith-based organizations, ACS Technologies has focused its software
enhancements in order to make ACS 6.0 functions even more efficient, to
introduce new concepts, to integrate ACS 6.0 with other technology, and utilize
client information in new ways. These changes will help the 12,000 plus ACS
Technologies software clients create more efficient working environments,
reduce expenses, and provide tools to ready themselves for the technology of
tomorrow.

''No matter how quick and easy our software is to use, we continue to look to
our clients for ways to improve,'' says Hal Campbell, CEO and President of ACS
Technologies. ''We want to ensure that each software enhancement is meeting real
needs. This is our primary goal.''

Improved information provided by ACS 6.0 enables churches and faith-based
organizations to evaluate all of the vital areas of nonprofit operations
including: Financial accounting, membership growth, donor activity, volunteer
management, and more. Some of the ACS 6.0 software enhancements include:

Streamline data entry to reduce the time it takes to add new records. By
implementing the ''add another'' record feature more extensively throughout ACS
6.0, the use of mass update, and add features have been maximized. ACS 6.0 now
offers improved default value settings. It now takes less time to add new
records. This is a valuable time saver for all of the records a church or
organization must add weekly.

Shortcuts to related tasks in ACS 6.0 make for quicker navigation. ACS 6.0
provides additional keyboard navigation shortcuts to related tasks minimizing
the need to use both mouse and keyboard when performing tasks. Also, keyboard
shortcuts speed data entry as well as maneuverability inside ACS 6.0 itself.

More options to export data offer improved ability to work in other
applications. Working with and distributing information to members of your
church or organization in other applications has been enhanced in the People
Suite. Now there are more options to export search results, and reports can be
easily emailed in additional file formats, such as the PDF (Adobe Acrobat)
format and RTF (Rich Text Format).

There are more "tools" available to get the job done in less time. Integration
of ACS 6.0 with other ACS Technologies products has been further enhanced. For
example, Time Clock Plus time sheets for hourly workers can be imported
directly into ACS 6.0. Or, communicate directly to contacts using search
results from within ACS 6.0. (Microsoft Exchange with SPAM messages blocked or
an authenticated email server is required.)

Save time with data that has been filtered for relevance to your task. ACS 6.0
enhancements save valuable time by selecting data that first has been
accurately filtered for relevance to your task. Also, additional fields can now
be searched for and worked with directly.

These and other new features of ACS 6.0 are sure to enhance organizations and
help them manage tasks and create more efficient working environments. For more
