Avana Communications to Acquire ComputerPlus

Expansion of Product Offerings and Increased Geographic Reach

ATLANTA, July 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Grace Development, Inc. (OTCBB: GCDV)
doing business as Avana Communications, Inc., announced today that it has
entered into an agreement to acquire, through an equity exchange, ComputerPlus
Sales & Service, Inc. ("ComputerPlus"), a privately held company located in
Greer, South Carolina. The closing is anticipated by the end of this month.
ComputerPlus provides 24/7 service and support for critical computer
system, network integration services, and key communication links, including
preventive maintenance, system configuration, installation, administration,
site preparation assistance, upgrades, feature work and proactive analysis of
local and wide area network infrastructures.
