The objective of the course is to introduce both technical and non-technically trained students to the classical TRIZ approach to inventive problem solving. Students will gain the tools necessary to analyze problems through defining the problem statement, the ideal final result, and a functional model. Students will learn to apply the classical TRIZ tools to solve problems and build confidence through working towards solving real-life problems.
