Callware and NETXUSA Sign Master Distribution Agreement
SANDY, Utah, Nov. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Callware Technologies, Inc. and NETXUSA,
based in Greenville, South Carolina, have signed a Master Distribution
Agreement that provides NETXUSA with total fulfillment responsibilities for
Callware Dealers throughout the United States. The agreement will enable
Callware certified Dealers a single source of contact through NETXUSA regarding
all matters related to Callware software and NETXUSA provided hardware. As part
of the agreement, NETXUSA will provide Dealer Certification Classes, pre-sales
support and follow up technical support for the Callware Dealer channel.
NETXUSA will bundle Callware's award-winning Callegra and Solo V-Mail software
into NETXUSA's trademarked MAX and Prestige series of custom telephony servers.
Callware Dealers may also purchase Callware's Callegra and Solo V-Mail software
from NETXUSA without bundled hardware.
