CHARLESTON DIGITAL CORRIDOR'S ''CORRIDOR ROUNDTABLE'' OFFERS A BOOST TO REGION'S
ENTREPRENEURS

Charleston, South Carolina – April 12, 2005 -

The Charleston Digital Corridor has launched the ''Corridor Roundtable,'' an
initiative intended to directly aid entrepreneurs in existing knowledge-based
businesses by providing guidance and answers to the immediate questions and
pressing challenges they face in developing and growing their business.

In their respective seasoned careers, the Digital Corridor's Roundtable
Entrepreneurs have overcome obstacles, learned crucial lessons, and developed
invaluable networks of people in diverse fields of expertise. Their experience,
savvy, and networks should prove enormously helpful to the many knowledge-based
entrepreneurs in the Charleston community who are ready to take their
businesses to the next level.

"The Corridor Roundtable fits the 'market' by assisting small companies with
direction, resources and services. This assistance is designed to get companies
from invention stage to a position where they can attract funding to help
accelerate growth," said Sean Ryan, one of the Roundtable's resident
entrepreneurs, and also a member of the Charleston Angel Partners.

''In keeping with the Charleston Digital Corridor's mission to attract, nurture
and grow knowledge-based companies, we are pleased to facilitate the Corridor
Roundtable,'' said Director, Ernest Andrade. ''Unlike initiatives that focus
solely on business startups, the Corridor Roundtable is a private process for
the rapid exchange of direct answers, effective advice and relevant contacts
for the hard-working knowledge-based entrepreneurs in our community who need
it,'' he added.

The ''Corridor Roundtable'' is yet another value-added program element that
complements the comprehensive execution strategy being put forward by the
Digital Corridor,'' said Charleston Digital Corridor Foundation Chairman, Kirk
King.
