Charlestons Role in the Vision of Clemson-ICAR-June 30
CHARLESTON'S ROLE IN THE VISION OF CLEMSON-ICAR...
"Innovators lead where others follow. Innovators are never satisfied. And,
innovators never imitate. In those three statements I have identified the new
partnership between BMW and Clemson University", said Helmut Leube, Preident,
BMW Manufacturing Company of South Carolina, in reference to the Clemson-ICAR
(International Center for Automotive Research) project.
On June 30, 2005, at The Citadel, 295 Bond Hall (171 Moultrie Street),
Charleston, ThinkTEC will host a breakfast featuring Chris Przriembel, Vice
President of Research and Economic Development for Clemson University. He will
present the vision for Clemson-ICAR and how Charleston can play a role.
The program is from 8:00-10:00am. The registration price is $20 for Chamber
members and $30 for non-Chamber members. To register, visit the Chamber Store:
