CMARK International, Inc. Forms Alliance With a 50 Year Old Private Trust to Assist CMARK in Financial Growth Strategies

COLUMBIA, S.C., April 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CMARK International, Inc. , CMARK International, Inc. a leading provider of services and products to federal government institutions and facilities, announces with great anticipation and excitement that it has completed a strategic alliance and partnership agreement with a 50 year old Trust, that specializes in structuring hybrid financial bridges into the future which will provide Investment Grade Cash Flow. CMARK will form a new financial subsidiary that will function as a virtual hybrid bank but will not have the expenses of a traditional banking structure. All of the financial strategies related to these transactions are innovative, proprietary and incredibly potent. The subject cash flow to CMARK derived from these financial transactions will be considered "operating earnings" to CMARK because of the new financial subsidiary whose normal course of business will be these capital and financing transactions. This new revenue source is aimed at subsidizing the capital needs of CMARK International, the parent company, and its expanding operations.

The cash flow originates from accounts at a major Wall Street investment bank. The financial strategies are Hybrid in nature because the two major components are investment grade publicly traded debt instruments and prime Real Estate assets which completely create a balance between the strength and weaknesses of each asset class, so that the resulting hybrid securities structure will withstand any possible financial strain.

The yields created are AAA rated investment grade and are far superior to anything available in the financial world at this time. A substantial amount of the investment grade cash flow created will be directed to CMARK International, Inc.'s outstanding publicly traded corporation in the form of capital growth which may be used for working capital needs and potential stockholder dividends, etc. This will create a great amount of intrinsic value for each CMARK shareholder, as the value of the shares will no longer be only reliant on growth of share price, but could potentially provide dividend cash flow to their owners. The cash flow that would supply dividends to CMARK's shares will come from the some of the largest companies of the world, via their debt securities. It will be tantamount to receiving the dividends from the giant companies themselves, but in greater amounts than they distribute to their own stockholders. The chief strategist of the Trust has an extensive career in the financial world and is looking forward to implementing some financial strategies for the benefit and strengthening of CMARK International, Inc.

"We are very excited about this new alliance and the opportunity to build the financial strength of CMARK. We feel that this event along with our tremendous development growth, puts CMARK well on its way to having our best year ever in 2007!" says Eric Bromenshenkel, CFO of CMARK International, Inc.
