a detailed prospecting strategy. The manual will also include information on
certifications that may be necessary, procurement guidelines and other
information about businesses and government agencies that are valid prospects
for a woman owned business.

specialized training through Chambers on ''Capitalizing On Being Woman/Minority
Owned'' and ''Government Bid Preparation.''
