Hubbell's opening means business for many others
Lighting company expects to bring thousands annually to new I-85 facility

About 500 people who work at Hubbell Lighting Inc.'s new headquarters in Greenville aren't the only ones smiling about the sparkling new facility.
Salesmen at local hotels are smiling, too.
That's because the $41 million headquarters -- the official grand opening for which was Thursday -- is expected to draw thousands of visitors each year, and the first groups are scheduled to arrive next month.
"We think it will be a big part of our business," said Dave Sorauf, sales manager at the Hilton Greenville on Haywood Road.
