Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. Reports First Quarter Results & Sales up 84%

LITTLE RIVER, S.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 23, 2006--Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd. (OTCBB:IEVM) announced the release of its financial results for the first 3 months of 2006. Sales for the period ending March 31, 2006 were $112,976 compared to $61,370 for the same period in 2005, an increase of 84 percent, as a result of having sold more of its products (EcaFlo)(TM) equipment).

As of March 31, 2006 Integrated Environmental Technologies, Ltd., had a sales backlog. Cost of production, as a percentage of sales, decreased as production efficiencies were realized. Gross profit-margin-ratio for the first quarter of 2006 was approximately 67% as compared to 51% reported during the same period of time in 2005. This was the result of additional sales volume without corresponding fixed income cost increases.
