Integrys Solutions becomes TiBA Solutions

September 10, 2003, Greenville, SC: Integrys Solutions, a regional business
technology consulting firm, has adopted a new name, along with a change of
address and a focus on new opportunities. Effective 9/15/03, the company will
be rebranded as TiBA Solutions, LLC, better defining the work they do with the
acronym for ''Turning Information into Business Assets™.''

TiBA Solutions™ is now an employee-owned firm, with the same management that
started the company in Greenville, SC in June 2000, and then turned it into
South Carolina's fastest growing technology firm. In its recent acquisition of
shares from an investment group the company brought all of its clients,
long-term principals and associates into the new operation.

TiBA will continue to concentrate on business technology consulting and the
development of large-scale custom software solutions for mission-critical
systems. With dozens of government agencies already on its client roster, TiBA'
s strategy is to emphasize organic growth in its government clients while
building market share in the private sector.

The company has crafted a strong value proposition based on an experienced
consulting and development staff, a dedicated software development center, and
most importantly, a proprietary Project Management and Life Cycle Development
Methodology that facilitates an understanding of the client's business goals
and processes. Unlike other IT firms, TiBA focuses on the business value and
development of strategic solutions, rather than selling technology. Technology
consulting must provide business value, as well as be cost-competitive with
off-the-shelf applications.
