Last Call for Seminar On Workers Comp Crisis

Last Call for Attendees at Seminar Addressing Solutions to Workers Comp Crisis

GREENVILLE, SC - April 3, 2007 - Only a few spots remain for interested organizations to attend a complimentary seminar, "Captive Insurance -- Managing Insurance Costs and Risk," on April 12 in Greenville, sponsored by Upstate-based Rosenfeld Einstein, a major regional insurance agent/broker.

The program is designed to offer organizations with 150+ employees an intelligent alternative to volatile Workers Compensation costs.

The seminar, executed in partnership with noted national consultant Captive Resources LLC, will present businesses with information on how to control fluctuating property, casualty, general liability, auto and workers compensation costs, notes Dan Einstein, principal at Rosenfeld Einstein.

"In response to concerns among South Carolina organizations that are struggling to deal with the increasing costs of coverage, we believe that the captive insurance program presents an intelligent opportunity for some business to take control of the insurance investment," said Einstein. "Past participants in a similar discussion on Member Owned Group Captive Insurance have told us that the information was extremely valuable, thus we are presenting this free seminar to interested businesses across the state in 2007."

Topics to be covered in the presentation will include:
* An update on the current state of the commercial insurance marketplace
* What is a member owned group captive insurance company and how does it work?
* How companies can retain 100% of the underwriting profit and investment income from their insurance premiums
* Tax implications and benefits of the program
* Advantages of group buying power with the captive's significant premium volume

"The real value of this one-of-a-kind initiative is in helping companies understand what options exist in the marketplace and how to maximize their insurance dollar," noted Einstein. "The program is designed for organizations with more than 150 employees, and we hope to host businesses from across the state at this important presentation."

"For South Carolina to continue to advance in the global economy, getting control of rising insurance costs is essential for every forward-thinking organization, and we're pleased to help them explore all options in that regard," Einstein added.

Organizations wishing to register for the free seminar on April 12 may do so online at www.RosenfeldEinstein.com and click on Captive Insurance to complete registration. There is no cost, and lunch will be provided to attendees. Space is limited and will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Organizations interested in learning more about the Captive insurance concept will find additional details on the Rosenfeld Einstein website. Those unable to attend the April 12 seminar can be placed on a waiting list to be notified about future seminars, Einstein added.
