Paul Branco named Corporate Controller For ACS Technologies

FLORENCE, SC, December 14, 2004—Craig Hearon, Chief Financial Officer and Chief
Operating Officer, of ACS Technologies, today announces the promotion of Paul
Branco to corporate controller. ACS Technologies continues to grow and succeed
as the leading software provider to the faith-based community, as do the
internal duties and responsibilities required to maintain the company's
momentum. In Branco's new role as controller, he will manage the accounting
and maintenance departments.

With over 20 years of financial experience, Branco had recently taken over
additional responsibilities as accounting manager, including payroll, cash
management and state tax issues, which made the promotion to controller a
natural progression. ''Paul has gradually taken on more and more responsibility
in his tenure at ACS Technologies. I am confident that the critical areas of
accounting and building maintenance will benefit from his management, direction
and expertise,'' comments Hearon, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating
Officer.

As corporate controller, Branco will continue to manage the accounting
department, which includes accounts receivable and accounts payable. In
addition, he will manage company payroll, building maintenance and other
internal responsibilities. ''I feel privileged to have been given the
opportunity to excel in my position and am looking forward to making even more
strategic improvements within the accounting and maintenance departments,''
states Branco.

Serving ACS Technologies for almost four years, Branco has a strong foundation
in financial management from such companies as Sordoni Skanska (an agent of
Hoffmann-LaRoche, Inc.), Southeastern Chemical Company, and most recently,
Solite Holding, Inc, a division of Giant Cement. Branco possesses accounting
and business economics degrees from Rutgers University of New Brunswick, NJ.

Branco's career with Sordoni Skanska on several Hoffmann-LaRoche and Roche
Carolina projects brought him to South Carolina from New Jersey in 1995. He
now resides in Florence, SC with his wife Anne and four children: Paul, 20,
Stephanie 18, Keith 15, and Ryan eight. In addition, he and his wife own and
manage several Mrs. Fields franchises, including the Great American Cookie &
TCBY of Florence, SC the Great American Cookie of Columbia, SC and the Great
American Cookie & Pretzeltime of Sumter, SC. They also have plans in the
coming months to expand operations in Florence to include a Pretzeltime.
