In an effort to continue to increase awareness and promotion of the biotechnology industry in South Carolina, SCETV will air the state's first biotechnology teleconference on May 29, 2001 at 8pm. The program includes a distinguished panel of experts include Patrick Kelley of BIO in Washington, DC, Dr. Kenneth Roozen, Executive Director of the Foundation for Research Development at MUSC and Dr. Robert Oldham, Chairman of the South Carolina Biotechnology Association. Carolyn Sawyer, owner of the Tom Sawyer Company, will host the 30-minute live broadcast of "The Future of Biotechnology in South Carolina"
