Ranger Aerospace LLC Seeking Aviation Deals in the Carolinas
Ranger Aerospace, originally founded in Greenville SC and now back to stay, is seeking acquisition of or investment in aviation / aerospace/defense related companies anywhere in the SC/NC area. Ranger currently owns CAV International and US Logistics, both are government outsourcing contractors. Ranger seeks to grow this $100 Million combined enterprise via internal growth and additional complementary acquisitions. Ideal candidate acquisitions will be in the greater Southeastern USA, preferably in The Carolinas. Minimum Sales ideally would be $25 Million, must be profitable, must have top-tier quality rankings, with excellent Management willing to stay. Ranger's previous similar investments in Aircraft Service International Group, and Keystone Helicopter, each were built to very large scale and then sold to huge conglomerates.
