Swamp Fox Gets Innovative Through InnoVenture

The annual InnoVenture conference is produced by Swamp Fox LLC, which also publishes this website and newsletter.

This weekend through InnoVenture, Swamp Fox launched a powerful new feature that will add significant value for attendees. Immediately after registering to attend, you will be able to see the profiles of others who have also registered, allowing you to more effectively plan before and follow-up after the conference.

Click here to see a screen shot of a profile page. (You may need to click on the image to see it full size). On a live page (but not the screen shot) you will be able to click on the addresses or keyword tags to search the database. You will also be able to click on a name to see additional profile information for an individual and then contact them if you are interested in collaborating.

There is an explosion of opportunity at the intersection of organizations, disciplines and cultures. Because we just launched the system, there are only a handful of people in it as this is being written, but you can already begin to see the power inherent in it. Click on biotechnology, for example, and as of now you get professionals at GE Energy in Simpsonville, Nexsen Pruet in Greenville, the North Carolina Biotechnology Center in Charlotte, and the Piedmont Angel Network in Greensboro. These people have much interesting potential to explore across their organizations.

This is an incredibly powerful tool that will become the core of the Swamp Fox Community, which is an open community of champions seeking to create value from new sources of productivity and growth. Unlike addressing problems only inside closed organizations, the Swamp Fox Community provides access to diverse collaboration partners with distinctive expertise, resources, and relationships to create better solutions faster.

We'll be announcing much more about the Swamp Fox Community in the weeks and months to come. But for now, the way to get engaged and begin finding others with whom you can collaborate in your enlightened self-interest is to register to attend InnoVenture.
