Tech Companies Join Forces to Build Strong Foundation

Inc. announced today a strategic alliance between the two companies.
The alliance leverages the core strengths of each company and enhances the
depth and range of services provided to existing and prospective clients of
both firms.
VC3 and Syneractive have worked together on various initiatives over the
past three years and believe their complementary strengths will advance the
growth and profitability of each company. VC3 has gained market position and
high customer retention through its focus on providing quality services. The

Syneractive has built its reputation and client base around Internet

emarketing. Based on their new alliance, Syneractive will provide sales and
