Verdae Properties Chooses NuVox as Preferred Provider

Greenville, SC. Verdae Properties, Inc. has chosen NuVox Communications as its
Preferred Provider for the Bonaventure Technology Park along I-85 in
Greenville, SC.

''We wanted to ensure that Bonaventure tenants had access to the latest
telecommunications technology at the most affordable prices. The partnership
with NuVox accomplishes that and establishes a foundation that will make
certain our tenants get the optimum connectivity as technology continues to

In establishing a Preferred Provider for telecommunications Verdae is adopting
the strategy used by many property owners in large cities. The affiliation
means the tenant can take advantage of the research and negotiations done by
the property owner, Verdae, and not have to spend time searching for a
telecommunications provider. Tenants still have the flexibility to seek their
own provider if they choose.
