Eric Barnett, MD has joined the professional team at GrowthFinance LLC in Raleigh, NC. Most recently a senior finance executive with Glaxo SmithKline, the number two global pharmaceutical company, Eric's experience base in international financial management and accounting spans more than 15 years, and includes deep involvement in R&D portfolio valuation, cost management, productivity improvement, and corporate mergers & acquisitions.

Prior to his public audit and accounting experience, Eric was a practicing physician and worked in a number of specialties in England and Australia.
Eric trained in London with Coopers & Lybrand and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. Eric earned a degree in medicine from the University of Bristol, England.
