Voice-Based Software System to Automate Managed Care
Transactions for Five Facilities

KNOXVILLE, Tenn., Aug. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- The White Stone Group today
announced that The Greenville Hospital System in Greenville, South Carolina
has selected the company's VoiCert product to provide automation of managed
care transactions for its seven facilities in the area.
VoiCert automates and records the authorization process for outpatient
diagnostic procedures, hospital stays and inpatient procedures. With it,
hospitals can dramatically reduce time spent by case management personnel in
securing authorizations from managed care companies while keeping accurate
records to boost reimbursement efficiency through reduction of denied claims
and clerical errors.
The Greenville Hospital System operates six hospitals in Greenville and
one in Greer, South Carolina. In Greenville, these include Greenville
Memorial Hospital, CrossCreek Surgery Center, Eastside Medical Center,
Hillcrest Hospital, North Greenville Hospital, and Patewood Medical Campus.
